This enables us not only to achieve a consistently high quality of these close-tolerance components, but also to react particularly quickly to individual customer requests or to realise special adaptations at short notice.
In order to reliably meet the high demand, additional "ghost shifts" are run in our injection moulding department - beyond the normal production times. During these shifts, production continues automatically at the highest level without the presence of an employee being required. Of course, all quality assurance measures also apply during the ghost shifts.
