Our new production area for eccentric diaphragm pumps ensures time-saving and resource-saving production with lean processes, optimised material flow and ergonomic workplace design.
The air-conditioned production hall is equipped with standardised assembly workstations. Depending on the size of a production batch to be manufactured and the number of assembly steps, the workstations are combined for the most efficient assembly. The comprehensive final inspection and digital documentation of each individual pump is also carried out at standardised inspection workstations.
In this way, we produce efficiently and at the highest level of quality, for batch sizes of 1, and upwards.
