Precision pumps from Schwarzer Precision are custom-made products based on our extensive modular system. Each pump type is built and tested exactly according to our customers' specifications. In this way, we guarantee optimum interaction of our pumps with the customer's application - even after years of use under tough everyday conditions.
To achieve this lasting reliability considerable effort is required. In our endurance test laboratories, we test all pump series under a wide variety of load conditions - over months and years. In the process, we test at different climatic conditions at a large number of operating points. All measured values are automatically recorded around the clock. The complete control of all environmental variables enables us to test the pumps under real practical conditions - strictly according to our customers' specifications.
To meet the steadily growing demand, we have further expanded our laboratory climate testing capacities. This means that we can now also offer to put our pumps through their paces directly in the customer's equipment - under a wide variety of climatic conditions.
